Public Folder Owner not able to add sub folder
I granted a user ownership of an Exchange 2003 public folder and he is still unable to create a new subfolder. His permissions include "create sub-folder" yet he always gets an error indicating insufficient permissions. This problem occurs on multiple folders. We have two Exchange 2003 (Enterprise) servers with public folders replicating between them. This kind of problem is unique to this user.

Please follow the below steps to give user owner right: In server side: Exchange System Manager>Administrative Groups>First Administrative Group>Folders>Public Folders>Select the folder you want>right click the Properties of folder>Client permissions>Add user>Roles: Owner and select all options In client side: Please use the non-cached mode outlook or OWA to test it. Tools>Email account>next>change>uncheck the cached mode Thanks, RichardYour expertise never fails to impress :)
