Hi Robert, Error 0x8004010f says MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND, looks like Exchange is unable to find Free/Busy information for some userswhile updating it. Check Scheduled Free/Busy folders, if any one doesnt have any replica or has replica of old removed servers if so then correct it. Which version of Exchange are you using? If Exchange 2007 then run below command and see the replica lists. Get-PublicFolder -Identity "\NON_IPM_SUBTREE\SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY" -Recurse |Select Name, ParentPath, Replicas |FL

Hi Robert, Please let me know your exchange environment and check when the issue occurs. Please also attempt the following steps to check whether the SCHEDULLE + FREE BUSY folder exists if the problem server is an Exchange 2003 Server: 1. Open ESM and expand Administrative Groups->Your administrative group->Folders->Public Folders 2. Right click the Public Folders and click View System Folders 3. Expand SCHEDULLE + FREE BUSY 4. Please check we can locate the Free Busy folder, it should be named: EX:/o=org name/ou=your administrative group If the SCHEDULLE + FREE BUSY folder, please refer to the following two KB to check whether the issue can be solved: Schedule+ Free/Busy system folder is missing http://support.microsoft.com/kb/284200/en-us How to reset system folders in Exchange Server 2003 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822444/en-us Mike

SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY doesnt require replica. Name : SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSYParentPath : \NON_IPM_SUBTREEReplicas : {} Only sub folders inside it with all Admin Groups name require replica and in your case it has. Name : EX:/o=AXIOM SW/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)ParentPath : \NON_IPM_SUBTREE\SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSYReplicas : {Public Folder Database}

from here:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb288905.aspxBefore you remove any Exchange2003 or Exchange2000 administrative groups that contained mailboxes, verify that the public folder hierarchy has been moved to another administrative group. Also, verify that the Free/Busy public folder has replicated to the servers in other administrative groups. HTHDiego Castelli
