Public Calendar Notification
Really this is 2 questions concerning a public calendar. This calendar contains all the time off for the doctors. I have it set up so that one person has responsibilty for the entire calendar and can create, edit, and delete appointments. The doctors can put notes in and delete items that they put in, but can't modify anyone elses' appointment. Time off is entered as an all day event. My problem is that I have not been able to figure out how to make it notify the "owner" of the public calendar that something has been entered, or have the requests from the doctors entered in color. Is there any way to do these things? (color and notify)Exchange Server 2003.Clients are Outlook 2000, 2003, 2007.Thanks!

Issue description: You want to set reminder for the owner of public calendar and coloring the items in it Set reminder for public folder is not support because public folders are not specific to any one user or profile, there is no one for the reminder to remind [KB 186689]. And also, its no workaround on this issue, you may seek for some 3rd-party tools like the one John provided For your second question, if what you try to do is set the colorful label to categorize the calendar item in the public folder.
