Public Calendar Items not showing up after upgrading from Office 2003 to 2007 in Exchange 2007 environment
All,I have a problem (obviously) that has me stumped. We currently have around 100 users that are on Exchange 2007. All users were on Office 2003 Pro but a few depts have upgraded to Office 2007 and now are having problems within their Outlook client. When a user tries to open a(n) public calendar (say accounting) and view the calendar items he/she are not seeing the updated entries, just past entries. If I were to create a new entry, whether it be a one day entry or re-occurring entry, this person cannot see it. If I were to go to another users desk in the same dept and that user has the same access level, their public calendar for accounting shows the new entry. Before the users upgraded to Office 2007, there were no issues. I've uninstalled Office 2007 completely and re-installed it with all options selected to run from computer and still no luck. I've gone back to Office 2003 on the users computer that is having the problem and the Calendar problem is no longer a problem. It is only some users having this problem and with them using Office 2007.Thanks for any assistance with this! Jason Cook
