Proteced view This file originated from internet location...

After the updates of April 15 I get the protected view prompt.

All files are located on a file server and before April 15 it never posed this problem.

Hi,

General speaking, the protected view prompts an alert message bar, there might be caused by some factors.

1) Select the option "Enable Protected View for files originating from the Internet".

Please Click File > Options, Click Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Protected View to clean the checkbox.

2) The file server location was changed/removed from Office trust center.

Hope it's helpful.
