Just a bit if a wishlist item, not that big a deal, but it would be nice if we could do an Outlook profile deployment with our existing Windows 7 workstations which are mix of Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013.
A run-once thing at first login which looks at the OU membership and fills in the correct exchange server, chooses cached mode is all we want so Outlook will start up without the configuration dialog is really all we want. Currently our autodetection is working fine so the user just hasto click next, next, next, finish, but we'd like to not have this happen.
Do I have to have a script check for the currently installed version to make this work? Has anyone already written such a script?
