Product Activation Failed
Ive had Microsoft Office for awhile now but for some reason now when i go to do work on it a big red bar appears at the top stating Product Activation Failed. Ive activated it less than a year ago so I do not understand why it suddenly began to do this.

Hi,

Have you purchased Office before? If so, you should still have a product key of it, first run a repair of Office from Control Panel -> Programs and Features, then input the product key to check the result.

If your Office was preloaded and you have a trial period, you will need to purchase it to keep using it.

If you have the product key but can't activate Office, please try to activate it via phone, or contact the customer service:
