Did you install CU1 for exchange 2013 before this time?

Please check if there is any water marks remain in registry. If yes, please remove the watermark key and restart the server and then install it again.

I have exact the same behaviour on CU2.

CU1 was the Initial Setup.

What exaxtly do you mean by removing watermarks from registry from a previous Setup?
