I can easily set up my Exchange email account in my Mail application but when I enter my info in Outlook 365 no mail is downloaded. It doesn't say that there is a problem, I just don't get my mail.

Any thoughts?

Can you setup your Exchange account in Outlook for Windows successfully?

If the issue doesn't happen in Outlook for Windows but only occurs on Outlook for Mac, please confirm whether the issue happens to all Mac users to narrow down the issue.

If only one user encounters this issue, please disable any third-party mail related program and reconfigure the Exchange account to have a try. If the issue persists, please ask a question in Outlook for Mac forum for more help:
