Problems with email access
I support a small business server running exchange. Yesterday the my user community (5) lost connection to their exchange email boxes. Monitoring shows that there is a problem with store.exe allocating too much space. I stopped and restarted and nothing happened. LDAP is also experiencing problems, but we were running Symantec Brightmail update service for a while, but turned it off. Even though Brightmail is configured so as not to connect to the "mother ship", the system thinks there is a problem with the changed configuration. LDAP Bind was unsuccessful on directory Dafileserver.DevAssoc.com for distinguished name ''. Directory returned error:[0x51] Server Down. LDAP returned the error [34] Unavailable when importing the transaction dn: <SID=0102000000000005200000002A020000> changetype: Modify member:add:<GUID=DEB590A6-9067-4FB7-8308-8644E108BF59> - DC=DevAssoc,DC=com Sharepoint is also experiencing problems too. Check the database connection information and make sure that the database server is running. Any similar experiences out there and/or insight would be helpful. Thanks. Last week, I had a router go out and replaced it. As I mentioned, all was working well until yesterday.
