Problems with assigned task exchange 2007
Hello everybody, we are migrating to exchange 2007. We are running in a problem and can't figure out what is wrong. We use task to assign work to other groups :1. Helpdesk creates task in helpdesk mailbox --> assigns task to system management mailbox 2. System management mailbox accepts task --> assigns task to administratorWhen the second assignment of the task is preformed (system management mailbox to administrators mailbox) then the task loses it's connection to the original task in the helpdesk mailbox. So when a administrators updates the task the helpdesk never receives a update of the task.When the mailboxes are running on exchange 2003 we don't have this problem. So it seems that something has changed in handling tasks in exchange 2007. Does somebody has a idea how we can solve this problem?

Hi, This has been reported as a product issue. It would be fixed in the coming rollup 5 for Exchange Server 2007 sp1. Regards, Xiu
