Problems with Microsoft Outlook Web Access (MS Exchange Server 2003) and Explorer v. 7
Quite often when, at work,I go to open an email or attachment usingMicrosoft Outlook Web Access (MS Exchange Server 2003) viaExplorer v. 7, I get a blank dialog box and the software freezes/crashes. I am not sure what version of Exporer I'm using at home but the problem never occurs there.Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi David, Please use another computer to access your account and open the same email/attachment which crashes the IE to see if the issue can be reproduced. If not, the issue can be caused by the third party software or corrupted IE. Please disable all third party software and IE add-ins to test the issue again. If the issue persists, I suggest you install IE 8 in the problematic computer directly from the link below or reinstall IE 7. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/worldwide-sites.aspx If anything is unclear, please let me know.
