SP1 added a new activesync policy called "default'...remove it via EMC or Powershell (remove-activesyncpolicy). Then set your own sync policy and apply it to the mailboxes.

sorry, get-activesyncmailboxpolicy is the right command...the policy looks OK. Are you having this issue with both windows mobile 5 and 6? Also, the policy is applied to your mailbox right? And you haven't made any changes to your account other than the Exchange Servers' upgrade to sp1 ?

On the device itself, in activesync setup you can set the logging level to verbose; i've generally found that to be the most helpful: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb680409.aspx

Hi Thanks for the help. The problem was on the IIS, the solution was to remove Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync from our default site and reinstall it. now its working again I was using the command to remove it Remove-ActiveSyncVirtualDirectory -Identity "Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync (Default site)"Thanks again for your time and input.Best RegardsClaus
