Problems rolling out Exchange 2k7
So I have run into a little issue- My company is currently using Windows 2k3 SBS Standard Edition and has hit the cap on the number of users so we are now having to roll out a new Exchange Server. Our Domain - nascousa.local currently has one AD Server and 4 Member Servers One of the Servers is running SQL Enterprise 2000 (Accounting) One is running our Web Services (IIS, and BEA) One is running windows 2003 x64 R2 And ONe is is a Utility Server that manages our UPS and Anti-Virus The Domain Controller is running Windows 2003 Standard SP 1 and is just a 32 Bit System When I try to install Exchange I get these errors [Error Log] Summary: 3 item(s). 0 succeeded, 3 failed.Elapsed time: 00:01:19 Hub Transport Role PrerequisitesFailed Error:Setup encountered a problem while validating the state of Active Directory: Could not find any Domain Controller in domain nascousa.local. Elapsed Time: 00:00:08 Client Access Role PrerequisitesFailed Error:Setup encountered a problem while validating the state of Active Directory: Could not find any Domain Controller in domain nascousa.local. Elapsed Time: 00:00:07 Mailbox Role PrerequisitesFailed Error:Setup encountered a problem while validating the state of Active Directory: Could not find any Domain Controller in domain nascousa.local. Warning:If Outlook Web Access is in use, you should replicate the free/busy folder on this server to every other free/busy server in the organization. This step should be performed once Setup completes. Elapsed Time: 00:00:07 [/end] So here is the thing - when I do a dsquery server command it comes back with this C:\>dsquery server"CN=NASCO-02, CN=Servers,CN=Default-First-Site-Name,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=nascousa,dc=local" So i knwo it is seeing the AD Controller. As for the last one "If Web Access is in use" I dont have another Exchange server on this domain because the system is a "Round Robin" where it is in a seperate domain that runs RPC over HTTP for everyone - So I am trying to figure out how to fix these issues. Does anyone have any clues? Thanks in Advance
