Problems receiving email for one user
Hi all I have an intermitent proble for one of my users - everynow and againa message that has been sent to a user wil fail - it will give an NDR to the sender and the email drops into the C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\Queue folder as .eml files. Attached to the email then whenI open the emails up is a .dat file which shows me the error with the email: Reporting-MTA: dns;srv-mail.corp.company.comReceived-From-MTA: dns;srv-mail.corp.company.comArrival-Date: Wed, 8 Aug 2007 16:59:45 +0100 Final-Recipient: rfc822;user@company.comAction: failedStatus: 5.1.1 and that's it - the .eml files stay in that directory for ever and a day until I clear them out and do not get delivered. Anybody got any advice on this - it's driving me nuts and the user is getting mad since they are missing emails. Thanks Lee
