I've Read the tech net solution for the exchange snap-in for mmc. However I do not want to and can not install the management tools from the 32-bit install as I'm on a different domain. Is there a way to install the exchange management tools without going through the 32-bit exchange 2007 server install?

Just my 2 cents, but i think MS wants us RDP'ing into servers instead of managing from desktops, your example is a PITA, as well as running e2k3 tools on vista.
