Hi, First, I would like to confirm the following questions: 1. Does the issue occur on certain user or each mailbox user? 2. Does the symptom exist when checking the Meeting information via OWA? 3. What’s the version of Exchange server and Office Outlook? If the issue occurs on each user mailbox, please let me know. Otherwise, I suggest you create a new Outlook profile to check the result. Thanks. NovakPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Hi Novak, 1.Only with any users 2.Yeah, OWA has the same symptom 3. Currently I use EX 2003 but I'm in process of upgrade to EX 2010. Is Interesting a user had this problem and I moved your user to Ex 2010 and after that, the problem disappeared. But I can't move all users to EX 2010, because nor all functions are tested with 100 % of success. The outlook is 2007 and 2010.Vitor Cesar

1. What do you mean about “Only with any users”? Does it mean occur on any Exchanger users or only one user? Please let me know whether the issue can always be reproduced. 2. If the issue can always be reproduced, please let problem recipient close Outlook and let external sender send a meeting request to him. Then, please accept the meeting request by using OWA instead of Outlook to check whether the issue can be reproduced. 3. Whether problem users have any Mobile Device such as BlackBerry which need to access their mailboxes? Thanks.
