I have configured server and outlook to connect outlook rpc over http but when i starter outlook to connect via rpc over http, I am getting logon screen. I am giving user name and password but getting same screen again and again...

Take a look at the proxy authentication method on the client. Change it to basic authentication. the default is NTLM and this will usually only work within your network.
