Problem with junk mail filter
Good day!We have some problems with our HP OpenView Service Desk and MS Outlook 2003.After we install new version of udpates for MS Office 2003, some messages from Server desk are putting into Junk mail messages Folder(unwanted messages) in Outlook. For this reason some executors don't execute service calls in time and initiators of service calls don't see messages about them calls were executed, in time. This problem can be solved by adding our Service Desk "From Address" Email to safe list or to "Contacts", but we have many users and this method is very problematic. Can we do this in one center - in MS Exchange 2003?That is necessary to config for this?

I have no experience on HP openView, but I think its a plain SMTP mail being delivered, you can probably make openView authenticate when sending SMTP mail, that will bypass IMF filtering.

OK, then you can create another SMTP virtual server. You probably will need to add an IP to your Exchange server for this. On the new SMTP virtual server make sure that you not filter any mail and dont make this SMTP virtual server reachable from Internet. http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2005/01/24/359677.aspx
