We have a user running Outlook 2010 that connects to an Exchange server. The autocomplete list builds up upon startup of the system, and absolutely everything is lost after a reboot. The list again starts to rebuild from scratch, and it's lost after a reboot. I've followed http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2682333 and renamed the roamcache folder and disabled/re-enabled cached mode. This didn't work. If I disable cache mode, this does continue to work, but it's an 8 GB hosted Exchange account, so this isn't a permanent solution. I've also repaired the Office installation to no avail. Is there anything I might be missing? Thanks
