Problem with Outlook 2003
I checked my email today and everything was working fine. I then did the latest update to windows and now I can not send email. I can receive it, my internet works, I can not send any. I have checked with my ISP and they went through the set up to make sure my settings were right and they are, but they won't give any other support except to there email program. I would try Microsoft help but as everyone knows they charge you fortune, which I think is wrong since this problem happened due to one of there updates they should fix it for free. I tried to go back to previous restore points but it just tells me that It can't. Does anyone know of a solution to this problem or any place that i could get some quality support.

Hi, Would you please let me know the following information: 1. Whether you configured the Outlook to use Pop3 profile or Mapi Profile? 2. What error or symptom is encountered when attempting to send emails? 3. What update is installed? Please let me know the KBid. 4. Whether is it a home computer? Mike
