Problem with Discovery Multi-Mailbox search. ERROR User does not have an exchange mailbox.
Using Microsoft Exchange 2010 we are doing a Legal Discovery using the Multi-Mailbox Search feature. When I log onto the ECP using a user that is in the group to be able to run dicovery searches I see the feature. I then setup a basic new search. When I
click on Save I get the error "The user does not have an Exchange Mailbox." It gives us this error with whatever we do a search on. All mailboxes or a single mailbox. Any options I choose gives us that. If I try to do it via powershell I get the same result.
This feature has never functioned since installing Exchange 2010.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Chris,
Please ensure the user who is a member of Discovery management role has a mailbox on the Exchange server.
If so please try to give the user full permissions on Discovery search mailbox and try again.
Hope it helps.Best Regards!
