Hi,Please try to use get-organizationconfig -verbose from Exchange Management Shell and then post here. Please verify the account that you use to logon the Exchange Server. We recommend you to use Exchange Admin.Besides, please check if any error event logged in the event log. Please post the detail error event information here for further troubleshootings.Regards,Xiu

Hi,Please check the bulit-in Role Groups and then add administrator to the proper group. From my lab, I found that administrator should be the member of "Organization management".Add-RoleGroupMember "Organization Management" -Member administratorMore information to share with you: Add-RoleGroupMemberhttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd638207.aspx Built-in Role Groups<!----> http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd351266.aspx <!---->Regards,Xiu
