Problem to add Dropbox in Word 2013.
hello,

I need to integrate their own application (like Dropbox) with Word 2013. I know I need to add it as CloudStorage in the Windows registry.

In this paper <<<< This Document>>> --- --- the integration process is explained. The fact is that I small icons (under "Add a Site") appear, but when you click on them gives me the following message, using a popup window:

"Sorry, we're having server problems, so we can't add Dropbox right now. Please try again later."

I tried with my Wifi with 3G mobile, using Ethernet ... I'm sure it's no problem Internet or neutered ports ...

The version of Office is: "Microsoft Office Professional 2013".

Could anyone help me? Thank you.

Hello,

We may try to log out from your account in Office and log in once more. After the log-in, you should be able to add the services.

In addition, we may also try using this script method to integrate Dropbox with Microsoft Word to see the result:

Please let me know the result.

Hello Steve,

I saw this solution before. I tried it but it didn't work.

I am doing test in others computers (Windows 8, Windows 7). I have never seen to work this integration.

:-(

Thanks for your answers

I have  this issue as well. It seems to have stopped working after a MS update. I have not been able to identify what update is causing the problem as yet.

It seems that this problem still exists and Microsoft has no intentions of fixing it. It is unthinkable that with the millions of users of both Dropbox and Office that this would not get fixed. However, Microsoft seems bent on excluding other cloud services otherwise this would already be fixed. Time to sell all of my stock as Microsoft is no longer the great company it used to be.

HEY - MICROSOFT - ARE YOU LISTENING TO YOUR USERS? YOU NEED TO FIX THIS !!!!!
