when i run Get-OfflineAddressBook | fl command in Exchange powershell it is empty.but for Get-Mailbox -Arbitration | where {$_.PersistedCapabilities -like "*oab*"} | ft name,database ,result is:

Name                                                        Database
----                                                        --------
SystemMailbox{bb558c35-97f1-4cb9-8ff7-d53741dc928c}         Mailbox Database 0579140340

also i find that in location of OAB folder :C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\ClientAccess\OAB  there is no folder named {bb558c35-97f1-4cb9-8ff7-d53741dc928c} for OAB or deleted.

when i want create new OAB AD error occurred and maybe the object of OAB dose not exist.

is any help to repair this problem.

Is it a co-existence setup with 2010 ?

You can follow the below steps

Run this command to the existing Arbitration mbx to generate OAB

Set-Mailbox -Arbitration arbitrationmbxname -OABGen $true

Run the below command to check OAB generation cycle work point

Get-MailboxServer servername | fl *oab*

If you dont see any values on them run the below command to set the values

Set-MailboxServer <SERVERNAME> -OABGeneratorWorkcycle 00.05:00:00
