Problem sending email to a recipient...
Hi all we have a problem sending emails to one recipient below is the error message: There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator. <xyz.com #5.5.0 smtp;550 Your email can not be sent due to sender policy framework that is enabled on our server. You must use your ISP's mail server for sending email. (#5.7.1)> any advice would be apreciated

Do what it says for that domain Create a new SMTP connector for only remote domain and use your ISP relay server as the smarthost Or change your SPF TXT record in the public DNS servers http://www.microsoft.com/mscorp/safety/content/technologies/senderid/wizard/ SenderID and SPF are the same thing Deli

after I run that wizard, do I need to enter The full text of the domain's SPF record ? in my DNS ? also in that wizard I enter the domain that Im having problems emailing too right not my own? thanks

You need to give your result to the ISP that is hosting your DNS records And in the wizard you need to set your domain as this record if for remote servers to check which server can send for your domain Deli

thanks for the reply I sent the results from the MS site to my ISP and they added it on their side however Im still having the same problem, does it take time for the changes to take effect, is there anything else I can check in the mean time? thanks

Changes in DNS may take up to 2 days so I would suggest to wait a least one day and retry Deli
