Actually we are unable to send & receive the internal email through server, I can't understand where is the problem after checking the settings on server.

Hi Nav, Per your description, you could not send&receive internal email, and I also assume that you also could not send/receive emails external, right? In my opinion, it seems some issue with the exchange server/ad/dns, and so on. So please 1. check the exchange server work well, you could check the service, event log, run exbpa to confirm the problem, and post some information on here. 2. check the ad server and dns server work well, if there is someting wrong, please post the error information on the server forum first and solve it, then we could help resolve the exchange server issue 3. is there something error notice when you send email through the outlook client. Then we could narrow down the issue, and do more research regarding to your issue. Regards! gavin
