It's look like your mail server is in recipient domain reference spam DB list. Suggest you contact recipient domain mail admin to check this issue..

hi Henker, i'm also facing the same problem as you member above. Did you manage to solve the issue? If yes, can please share with me how to solve it? Or is it really is because of the receipient blacklisted the sender domain or other? please help!

Hey Vasil, I was wondering if you ever find a solution to this problem. I have an user with the same problem and have tried different solutions but nothing seems to be working so far. If you have a solution for it I will appreciate it if you share it. Thank you Luis.

I have encountered this exact same message. I am trying to find more information, is this from the receiptients end, or is this some on my server? How can I verify this?

If your error message is exact, down to the "This message has been blocked because it contains a banned word" then your email has a prohibited word that the recipient's mail system doesn't like.

The way the error message reads the local SMTP server is originating the error not the remote system. I am also having the same issue in my casenone of the IMF settings being populated and it only appears to be affecting one person not the entire domain which would also seem to rule out a SPAM DBissue.
