Hi everybody, Now I'm experiencing a trouble regarding some user sent the e-mailto both internal and external users by MS Outlook, but user can sent out to Exchange2003 and then it can sent to only internal userbut cannot sent to external user (to internet). We already checked Anti Virus gateway log (TrendMicro IMSS), this messagedid not reached to it. Sender got the error message following below 'brender99@hotmail.com' on 7/11/2008 9:31 AM There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator. <th-nmt-ex003.nmt.local #5.5.0 smtp;501 Error: attribute value too long> If you have any idea please share to me ,too. Thank you in advance

Hi, Appreciate your help in clarifying the following information. 1, Whether you tried send the email to only the external email address? 2, Whether any special subject of the email existed? 3, When this issue first occur? Based on the current situation, I suggest we enable Message Tracking to check the phase of the issue occurred. And improve the Diagnostics Logging level before check the event log, please configure MSExchangeTrasnport option.
