I am reading confilicting information on different parts of the exchange 2007 site. One page is telling me that 64 is the only platform available and on this page http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/exchange/E2k7Help/1e80857c-b870-4a6d-a0f4-ff7b3a7be037.mspx?mfr=true It is stated that Intel Pentium or compatible 800 megahertz (MHz) or faster 32-bit processor is required. Is there now to be a 32 Bit version or is this old information?

64-bit cpu's are required for production systems, and will be the only "supported" platform. A 32-bit version of Exchange 2007 will be provided for testing only - it will not be supported in a production environment. The "Important" section just below the memory requirements details this. There has been a 32-bit version for a long time. When you downloaded the Beta software, you should have seen both 64-bit and 32-bit versions.
