We have a PDF printer driver and we want to print out a document that is 2.29" wide by 21" however word always truncates the page to A4/Letter depending on the computer we try to print it from.

Are you trying to do this with code, or in the UI (File/Print)?

With code, though we've tried to do it manually too but the page size keeps reverting.

If it doesn't work manually, it won't work via code - Word's object model doesn't provide anything not provided in the UI (and also not some of the things in the UI).

To try getting it to work in the UI the IT Pro (TechNet) forum is probably the better bet. You're more likely to find people there with printer driver experience who might have some ideas or tricks. If you can get it working that way, then it might be possible to code the work-around. Would you like me to move the discussion?
