Printing Room Resource Mailbox Calendar
We are having difficulty printing the calendar of a Conference Room Resource Mailbox. A user is responsible for printing out the daily calendar of a Conference Room to be posted at the door to the room. I added FullAccess permission to the mailbox, connected to the mailbox, and changed the permission for Default to Reviewer to the calendar and tasks nodes. The user added the Conference Room's calendar to her calendar view in Outlook, and then attempts to print. This error message is displayed in Outlook 2007:Cannot open the free/busy information. You do not have sufficient permission to perform the operation on this object. See the folder contact or your system administrator.Error in Outlook 2003:Unable to open the free/busy information. You do not have permission to create a subfolder in this folder. The Resource Mailbox is configured to publish 6 months of Free/Busy data.I have removed the Daily Task List and notes from Daily Style print style. Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Tri-fold Styles all fail to print. Calendar Detail Sytle will print. The error is not displayed if I set FullAccess for the user.I would prefertonot have toconfigureevery user that wantsto print outa resource calendar as a delegate. I would appreciate some assistance inconfiguring the minimum permissions required to allow for these calendars to be printed. Thank you.

Hi,I think we can refer to the mailbox permission, there we have read permission and change permission. We can try to grant these permission to test the issue.More information to share with you: Add-MailboxPermissionhttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124097.aspxRegards,Xiu
