Printer Redirection while using the Remote Desktop Snap-in
Is there any way to turn off printer and LPT port redirection when using the remote desktop snap-in?

Well, sure.. Are you looking to turn it off for yourself or everyone? Read up on this page, it tells you how to do it locally or through a Group Policy. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb457106.aspx BTW, I guess RDP can be on Exchange, but this doesn't seem like much of an Exchange question. I am looking to turn it off for everyone through group policy. Just to clarify I am reffering to the acutal Remote Desktop snap-in that you access via the windows administration pack, and where you can connect to multiple remote desktops. I have the printer redirection turned off for Remote Desktop connection on my PC and by doing that I was able to eliminate the TermServDevices 1111 error that posts in the server event log while using that connection, but when I connect via the remote desktop snap-in I am still getting those errors. My apologizes for posting in the wrong forum, I thought this was a general admin forum, not an exchange forum....is there any way to move my posting? Thanks
