Hi,

After reading the other post, based on my knowledge it is a "winmail.dat" issue again.

It seems the user was sending the RTF emails? Please note the issue seems to be caused since the recipient's email system doesn't recognize the Rich Text Format messages - there are a lot of such issues we can find on Internet, many other Internet Emails or Emails systems don't recognize RTF from Exchange/Outlook.

To work this around, we can switch the format to HTML before sending the message:

Or we can have the user check this option:

FILE -> Options -> Mail -> Message format -> When sending messages in Rich Text format to Internet recipients: Choose "Convert to HTML format" -> OK.
