Print Calender on MS Outlook 2010 on different timings

Hi

Default caldnder prints from 7AM to 6PM. (Daily style)

How can I print the calender from 830AM to 830PM.

I tried to look for settings. Cant find it.

If anybody know,pl. help

Hi,

Would you please follow the steps below to set the print options?

1. Go to Calendar in Outlook.

2. Go to File > Print > Print Options

3. Click on Define Styles button.

4. In the Define Print Styles pop-up window, click Daily Style and then click Copy button to create a new Print Style Definitions.

5. Change the Style name to something like Daily 830AM to 830PM. We can set the print time span here:

6. Click OK. Now you will have a new style:
