Hi, 1. Open, create, and address the message as you normally would. 2. Click the Office Button . 3. Mouseover Permission and select Do Not Forward . Note: You need to have the Windows Rights Management Client installed, if you do not, a prompt will appear. Click Yes and you can download and install the client. You will need a .NET Passport to register and download an RM account certificate. Also read this article please. http://lifehacker.com/246724/prevent-forwarding-in-outlook-2007 I hope this will help you. Regards. Shafaquat Ali. You need to implement AD RMS to fully use it. Please refer to the following sources: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd772697%28WS.10%29.aspx http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc530389%28VS.85%29.aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc771627.aspx Thank you.MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | MCSA | Blog http://ehlo.me

Hi Santhosh After this issue came up on management level the issue was shot down because this could not really be managed from a central point. W eare looking at starting a project like Windows Management Server as a whole project but thanks for all the help. Now, i know at least about the feature and how to implement it
