Prevent Sending Outside of Organization
Hello, We want to prevent a subset of users from sending email outside of our domain name. Via the transport rules, I can configure this via a basic rule: Apply rule to messages from a member of "My Test DL" and sent to users "Outside" the organization send "Delivery not authorized, message refused" to sender with "5.7.1" This rule works great, but only for messages where the email address is in the To: field in Outlook. If you put an external email address in CC or BCC, the rule does not stop the messages. How can I get this rule to apply to TO, CC, & BCC on Exchange 2007?

James, You could try to restructure the Transport Rules and get a little creative... using your first rule, add in a classification on the message. The use a second rule that will drop any message, or reply with a DNR, with that classification. Just make sure the rules are in order correctly.
