Prevent Sending Outside of Organization
Hello, We want to prevent a subset of users from sending email outside of our domain name. Via the transport rules, I can configure this via a basic rule: Apply rule to messages from a member of "My Test DL" and sent to users "Outside" the organization send "Delivery not authorized, message refused" to sender with "5.7.1" This rule works great, but only for messages where the email address is in the To: field in Outlook. If you put an external email address in CC or BCC, the rule does not stop the messages. How can I get this rule to apply to TO, CC, & BCC on Exchange 2007?

You might want to configure the rule using PowerShell. See these: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125138(EXCHG.80).aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa995960(EXCHG.80).aspx -- Ed Crowley MVP"There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems.".
