Prevent Distribution Group Abuse
Ok... is it possible to prevent users from putting Distribution Groups (lists) in the To: and Cc: fields? I want to force them to ONLY use the Bcc: field when using DGs. Thanks

which version of Exchange are you using ? if you were using Exchange Server 2007, then YES you can control this by using Transport Roles which is part of HUB Transport Role, you can create a role that if your DG was in the To Field, then drop this email, or return a message to the sender says "Hay Dude , you are not Authorized to Send to this DG, so don't be smart again . please let me know if you were using E2K7, so i can guide you on how to do it Regards Alaa
