PrepareSchema error.
Good day! Sorry for my English. My configuration:mydomain dc1.mydomain and dc2.mydomain (both Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2)sub.mydomain dc.sub.mydomain (Windows Server 2003)ex1.mydomain new hardware (x64) server for Exchange 2007No Exchange organization. 1. I run PrepareSchema (dc1.mydomain) from 32-bit Exchange RTM without errors.2. PrepareAD (dc1.mydomain) stop on error: No suitable domain controller was found in domain sub.mydomainI found two articles: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/933313 http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/07/30/446579.aspx 3. We downloaded the Exchange Server 2007 SP1 (64 Bits Edition).PrepareSchema (ex1.mydomain) stop on error: - Searching objects of type "ResourceBookingConfig" with filter "$null", scope "OneLevel" under the root "Global Settings".- Previous operation run on domain controller 'dc1.mydomain'.- [ERROR] Unexpected Error- [ERROR] The operation could not be performed because the object 'Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.SystemConfiguration.ResourceBookingConfig' could not be found on dc1.mydomain.- Ending processing. Whats wrong and what can I do in this situation?Thanks for any help.

Did you ever find a solution for this (Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.SystemConfiguration.ResourceBookingConfig) error. I am having the same problem, and have no idea.

Did you follow the articles mentioned above? Did you run setuo from a UNC path, sometimes it works better if you copy files to a local folder and run from there.

Hi all,I have the same problem and I have read the article but still can't solve the problem. With the ADSIedit tool, I can't localize exactly the path described in the article.My configuration is the following:- 1 domain controler running Windows 2003 SP2 (The first domain controler and master of all operations)- 1 Exchange 2003 organisation (running on a Windows 2003 domain member computer)- 1 new domain controler running windows 2008 server- 1 new domain member computer running windows 2008 enterprise 64 bits on wich I am trying to install Exchange 2007 SP1 enterprise.When preparing the schema using the exchange 2007 sp1 setup.com /prepareAD, I am having the error describe in this post. Help please.
