Hi, Please try the steps below: 1. Enable the Outbound Replication on the Schema Master and then force the AD replication. 2. Try to add the Exchange Servers group in the Manage Auditing and security policy logs in the security settings of the default domain controller. Thanks.Best Regards!

I have tried eveything mentioned but still having the same error ... i think about demoting the AD on the old exchange and just keep the new AD 2008 then re run the preparing schema again , so does this effect exchange 2003 functions !! or help solving the issue !

You had Windows 2003 DC before and later you moved it to a Windows 2008 SP2 64-bit , correct?Where Technology Meets Talent

I still have the windows 2003 DC and the exchange 2003 is installed over it. There is no windows 2008 SP2 right now where i have formated it and installed windows 2008 R2 and make it a domain member in order to install the exchange 2010 over it. While i was trying to install Exchange 2007 i have tried to move all the roles from the 2003 and make the windows 2008 SP2 the PDC and demote the DC2003 then trying to install the exchange 2007 but i got the same error.
