This is happening on an HP 840 G1 with 2 video graphics chipsets running Intel HD and AMD

Integrated: Intel HD8 Graphics 4400
Discrete: AMD RadeonTM HD8 8750M with 1 GB dedicated GDDR5 video memory

We have updated all the drivers and the bios with no change

Using Office 2013 Professional Plus

We had to install the preview version due to Microsoft for some strange unknown reason restricting full capability to only Office 365 plus subscribers.

Cannot seem to find any workaround for this p

As far as I know, this issue might be caused by some factors:

• DirectX10
• AMD graphics driver
• Silverlight

Please update the AMD graphics driver and install the latest version of Silverlight.
