Power Pivot for Office 2013 pro 64 bit

I looking for power pivot for Excel 2013 stand alone 64 bit, and have not found much. Is it available and if so where can I download it? Why is it not in the COM add-ins like 32 bit? These machine will be running SQL 2008 R2 as well. Please provide any and as much information as possible.

Thanks!

So far all I have after a fresh install is the SP1. I tried installing this update and it states that "No products affected by this package installed on this system"

According to the above you have the August update which didn't fix the issue you reported. You should update your Excel with the latest updates. Read more here on the latest updates from this month.

I just went through all the updates and so far no luck. Any idea what the name of the update is? I can;t set it to automatically update due to network security.

Hi ThePredatron,

Do you mind telling us your Excel version number? As far as I know, the Power Pivot can be used for Excel stand alone 64 bit version with version number: 15.0.4535.1511.

If this issue still exists, I recommend you change an installation source to test:

Hope it's helpful.

15.0.4693.1001. I can try the installation source as well. Do you know, if I put the 32 bit PowerPivot files in the addins folder, and register the DLL's, if that could work?

Hi ThePredatron,

As far as I know, we can't use 32bit PowerPivot in 64bit Excel. I'm using the 15.0.4693.1000, and PowerPivot works well. Please try another installation source and check the result.

Oh good lord...I downloaded office 2013 64 bit from office365, and power pivot is there...What I did not realize until I went to uninstall the version that was on the PC is that the one I had installed was standard...Not sure why I had standard, since our company stantard is professional. Thanks for the help!
