PowerSchool and Exchange 2003
I'm currently trying to get our PowerSchool server to relay through our Exchange server with no luck. I've got the IP address specifed and granted permission to relay but it still isn't working. The PowerSchool server can send mail to internal users, but it won't send to any external addresses. Not really sure what I'm doing wrong here.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Here are the instructions according to PowerSchool.Enter the complete "From" email address to use when sending system-generated emails to administrators and teachers. Ensure that the email address exists on the district's email server and is configured to allow email message relaying without authentication. Example: powerschool@mydomain.edu
