Hi George,
Thanks for finding time to address my issue.
I have tried the options suggested by you but to my surprise, I didn't even find the registry key for PowerPivot so I had nothing to delete.
Today I talked to the After Sales Support Team and informed them about the issue and they told me the same thing that PowerPivot is not available with Office Professional 2013 and it is only available with Office 2013 Professional Plus and Office 365 Pro
Plus.
They initiated my refund and asked to uninstall the office from my PC and I have done so.
Now the problem is, nobody is suggesting me what to do if I want to use PowerPivot feature within the Excel. Since I am a home user so not authorized to buy the Professional Plus office version.
I am not getting any support from Microsoft support team at all and surprisingly I have to explain them about the PowerPivot and Power BI Tools also.
So can you suggest me please that WHAT OFFICE VERSION SHOULD I BUY if I want to use PowerPivot feature and Power BI Tools within Excel? It will be a great help indeed.
Thanks once again for the reply.
Regards
