Is there a powerpack that can be added to the powerGUI script editor for scripting in exchange 2013?

I think there is some confusion, powerpacks are to add a GUI for powershell functions used in PowerGui Console. The PowerGUI Script Editor doesn't use powerpacks. So are you looking for a MMC style GUI for 2013 or you want to write scripts in 2013?

Im wanting my PowerGUI to recognize the exchange commands that I use in my scripting.  This wasnt a problem with Exchange 2010 but with 2013 the commands are not recognized.

Based on my search, currently, there is no official document about PowerGUI Powerpack for Exchange 2013.

However, we can connect to Exchange server using remote shell.
