I'm use Exchange server 2013 sp1. I'm no login pop3 account.

My domain: it.local

I'm use username:  it\username

Error log:

Did all users encounter this issue ? Or just one user?

According to the error log, "-ERR Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.", you need to check if the user had enabled POP3 access, and make sure the password correctly and try login again.

All user pop3 login problem. I'm correct password. But not login.
