Please Help with Event ID 6008 & 1076
Friends : A many happy New Year to All. I have my main domain controller with Win 2003 server with SP2. McAfee Antivirus with latest update.RAM 2 GB.which handles AD,DHCP, Wins services. from last3 weeks my domain controller is SHUTTING DOWN unexpectedly every 3-4 days.. what events occcured before the unexpected shutdown? Could you be loosing power? Also, i'd suggest running any hardware diagnostics you can.

I am wondering if you have found theculprit and a solutionas my Server 2003 Domain controller started to do the same. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Dear, I was able to fix it. recommend you to try the following. 1. If you have Activiated the log off Screen with Password protection then Remove it (like LOG OFF After 30 Min). REMOVE THIS. 2. Avoid taking the domain as Remote desktop. Spl from Win2000 PC. 3. Remove the Users whose Accounts are disabled. For me the first one did the job.let me know your result. Regards
