Hi

When a pivottable is set against an olap database how can I easily just arrange it so I see year so far and also last months figures in the grid.

It doesn't seem easy to do this without manual action each time it runs.

Year so far is easy as the filter persists - its getting last months figure only to appear with it that is the issue without applying a filter that shows only that total.

Excel 2010 - SQL 2008R2

PS Automatically hiding some rows is likely to be another need

have you tried group data of mouth?  upload a sample data is more cleanly to understand your request.
