Pictures move when printing (preview, printer, pdf)
Please help! When I print from Excel pictures change their position. Print preview shows them already moved and when printed or saved as pdf, they are moved.

Dear Paul,

I requested the Hotfix program and it was sent to my email. But when I run it, it says "There are no products affected by this package installed on this system."

The reason may be that they sent me x64 Hotfix and I have 32 bit Office 2010.

Can you please help me little more?

Thanks!

Hi okorec,

Could you inform us more detail?

Your Microsoft Excel version, i.e. 2007, 2010, or 2013

Windows version i.e. XP, Vista, 7, 8/8.1

Service Pack version, both of Excel and Windows.

Could you tell us when pictures are moved?  for example, just after you click (Print), (File), etc.

Best regards,

Windows 8.1 (I dont know about service packs but it is a new computer bought this year).

Office 2010 version 14.0.7149.5000

When I press CTRL+P, the preview is already with the pictures moved. Then when I print it, it is moved as in preview. Same when I save it as PDF, pictures are moved same way as when I print it.

This was made on different computer and pictures (logos on both pages) are in correct place:

This was made on this computer and pictures are moved (on the second page, the logo is moved even further):

Hi okorec,
Thank you for your information.  I could see PDF file and the moved picture in it.
  # There is no Service Pack for Windows 8.1.
Your Office(Excel) 2010 is the  latest, with SP2.

Please let me add some questions.
1. What is a default printer (see Control Panel -- Device and printer)?
    Manufacturer and Model name, please.
If it is PDF printer, tell me the name of software and its version.
About both your computer and the diferrent computer (picture doen't move).
2. Is there a possibility that the picture is moved by moving your mouse or touching your touch pad,
    when pressing Ctrl+P?

That's all I can think of, at this time(round mid-night in Japan).

Thank you for your effort!

Default printer is Konica Minolta Bizhub C224e. I dont use any PDF "printer" only save as PDF function of Office. It is surely not by moving the mouse :) I found out that if I leave original scale when printing, it is OK. It only moves the pictures when I change the scale so I can fit my sheet into 2 pages.

My old computer was MSI X460DX with Windows 7 (64 bit) now I use ASUS UX305.

Good morning (in Japan), okore,

You've found the answer by yourself.

I've heard that Excel works abnormal, when sheets are not 100% in Zoom, and are in different Scaling (Zooming factor) with each other.  I think this is also in your case, issue.

(sorry, I cannot explalin welll in English)

Please make all sheets be 100% in Zoom/Scale, before printing
